1.Official USSSA  Roster(which must be printed from the National Site,www.usssa.com)and must be signed by each player and a parent or guardian.

2.Proof of age for each player,the acceptable proof of age is a birth certificiate,adoption papers,or immigration papers.

3.Proof of grade,the acceptable proof of grade is a clean copy of report card from the current year,signed documentation from the host school district from a home school student,or an original letter from schools administration with a contact phone number included.

4.A current picture:taken after August 1,2009.

5.8$ a day/15 for Weekend Pass-Please let parents know Cash only.

Turn right(north)school is less than a mile on the right.
Gym is in the back by the swimming pools.

From Turnpike-Sawgrass Express
Get off at Lyons Rd Exit.
Go north-past Hilsborough Bl.
School is on the right.Stay on Lyons.

Exit Yamato Rd.-go West to Military Trail.
Turn Left-South School is on the right.-Gym is in the back.

I-95 or Turnpike get off on Sample Rd.-Go west past University.Turn on 99 ave.Gym is on the left.Thier is a Wendys  just west of 99th.

From Sawgrass exit Sample Rd.Go east to 99 ave –turn right gym is on the left.If you go to University you went to far east.
